施力，男，1961，香港城市大学毕业，博士，现任beat365亚洲体育在线石油加工研究所所长，教授/化学工艺专业博士生导师。上海石油协会理事。
长期在石油加工所进行催化剂和催化材料的科研实验工作。曾作为主要负责人之一，主持和加入中国石化总公司重点攻关项目“C5/C6轻质烷烃异构化催化剂的研制和该过程的1000吨/年中试放大工作”，获中国石化总公司三等奖，2004年“十万吨/年C5/C6轻质烷烃异构化”在金陵石化工业化成功并获中石化二等奖。目前于多家石化企业有科技合作。正致力于石油加工、化工中新型催化剂、环保催化剂及助剂的研制以及无机膜和离子液体的应用研究.在SCI等国内外著名杂志上发表有关催化剂方面的论文近百篇.
近年来研究方向石油加工的催化剂研究和助剂产品的开发，重点是石油化工环保催化剂及新型催化材料的研制。
