鲍杰,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。生物反应器工程国家重点实验室生物炼制与能源生物技术团队学术带头人,国际学术期刊Biofuels, Bioproducts and Biorefining编委。2006年入选上海市浦江人才计划。主要研究方向为生物能源与生物炼制。作为课题负责人获得国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、中石油非粮乙醇研发课题等多项研究课题的资助。

研究方向
主要聚焦于以木质纤维素等生物质为原料,经过预处理和酶水解技术获得可发酵单糖,通过先进的发酵和酶催化技术进行单糖的深度生物加工。在获得新型的清洁液体生物燃料、生物基关键中间体化学品与可降解生物材料的同时,实现生物炼制技术的过程节能、废弃物减排与二氧化碳的固定。主要研究方向包括:
1.    木质纤维素原料生产液体生物燃料(燃料乙醇、生物油脂)的过程合成、模拟、优化及其工业示范;
2.    能源微生物的代谢路径重构与整合生物加工细胞;
3.    基于纤维素和果聚糖生物质的关键中间体化学品生物制造。

Focused on the biorefinery and biomanufacture of liquid biofuels and biobased building block chemicals by the way of sugar platform technology, including
1.      Process development, simulation, optimization, and industrial demonstration of liquid biofuels from lignocellulose;
2.      Metabolic pathway engineering and consolidated bioprocessing cells of the energy microorganisms;
3.      Biomanufacture of building block chemicals from lignocellulose and inulin biomass.
