【主要成果】

长期从事有机化工领域的应用基础研究与工程技术开发,主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金集成项目、中国石化重大项目等。秉持“关键催化剂创制+催化反应工程开发”的技术创新理念,在原料多元化乙苯绿色生产、稀乙烯增值转化利用、新结构分子筛创制等方面取得了重要成果。在国际上率先开发出以生物乙醇为原料的乙苯技术并实现工业化,推动了石油化工与生物化工的结合;开发出国际领先的稀乙烯增值转化制乙苯高效催化剂及成套工艺技术,实现了我国独立炼厂稀乙烯副产的高效利用;基于材料基因工程理念,应用分子筛高通量制备技术,合成了SCM系列分子筛材料,其中SCM-14被国际分子筛协会授予结构代码SOR,是中国企业获得的第一个结构代码。基于SCM-14,开发了高选择性丁烯异构化催化剂并实现了我国原创分子筛的首次工业应用。上述创新成果,在海内外50多家企业应用,创造了显著的经济和社会效益。
